p22ph accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to access or use your p22ph account. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
p22ph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.

p22ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank InstaPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per account tier.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. p22ph does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be voided, and funds may be returned to the source at the player's cost.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, subject to availability and platform policy. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) banking days.
p22ph does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment provider fees may apply and are outside p22ph's control. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. p22ph reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation.
All p22ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). p22ph does not perform currency conversion on the platform. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion rates applied at the time of the transaction are final.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. p22ph reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number before any fee is applied.
p22ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: first-deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
Real money balance is used before bonus balance in all circumstances. Bonus funds are ringfenced and will only be used once the real money balance reaches zero for a given betting session. This is a player protection measure.
p22ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, participation in bonus offers in bad faith, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, p22ph reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any winnings generated from abusive play, and close the account concerned.
p22ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use, except where required by applicable regulations or where abuse or error is involved.
All games available on p22ph operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and live streamed certified equipment for live dealer games. p22ph does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published per game title within the game lobby.
Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and the result is displayed on screen. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gameplay, p22ph's system logs constitute the authoritative record. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p22ph's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p22ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if p22ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
p22ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform and all services is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
All content on the p22ph platform — including but not limited to the p22ph brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to p22ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use p22ph's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the platform for personal gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
p22ph collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the Agreement between you and p22ph. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
